Apply directly Contact us Medior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer Role purpose: Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that turn data into measurable product and business impact, partnering with engineering and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable models. Core responsibilities - Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Translate business problems into ML use cases, define success metrics, and validate outcomes. - Implement and maintain production-grade models (batch and/or real-time) with monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking. - Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to ensure robust data flows, APIs, and system integration. - Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and error analysis; document findings and recommend improvements. - Ensure model quality, reproducibility, and compliance with data governance and privacy requirements. Required skills - Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and model evaluation. - Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow). - Experience with SQL and working with structured and unstructured data. - Knowledge of MLOps practices: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and containerization (e.g., Docker). - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience deploying models to cloud or scalable environments is a plus.
