Job summary
We're looking for someone that is dedicated to delivering high quality care and passionate about supporting clinicians to achieve their best. As a CBT Supervisor you will join our Children & Young Persons Service and provide supervision whilst helping shape safe, effective and evidence-based practice.
Main duties of the job
Provide training, support and supervision to our network of CBT therapists and support the team with data audits of clinical performance.
Handle risk in line with our policies and record any incidents of concern, ensuring implementation of lessons learned.
Lead on policy reviews and implement changes within the clinical team.
Hold a small clinical caseload.

Experience and Qualifications Were Looking For
CYP CBT qualification with BABCP accreditation.
CBT supervision qualification with experience supervising CBT therapists.
Experience working within mental health services delivering high intensity CBT.

Qualifications Essential
CYP CBT qualification with BABCP accreditation. CBT supervision qualification.
Experience Essential
Experience supervising CBT therapists. Experience working within mental health services delivering high intensity CBT.
