As an Intermediary, you are the connecting factor between client and temporary worker. You spend most of the week at clients in your region. Here you maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure that the services remain optimally aligned with the client's needs. You are responsible for a group of approximately 350 temporary workers, overseeing their deployment, scheduling, and guidance. This involves regularly holding conversations with employees, providing introductions for new temporary workers, and acting as a point of contact for questions or challenges. If necessary, you will mediate between the client and the employee. Additionally, you will monitor the quality of services, assist with the launch of new projects, and track forecasts to respond to developments in a timely manner. On Fridays, you will primarily focus on administrative tasks such as sickness absence, vacation planning, and reporting. These tasks can be partially performed remotely. During your development, you will receive monthly coaching from the team leader and work closely with a team of six recruiters.
