Your Impact As a Junior Account Manager at Deliverect, you will support our Growth team in delivering exceptional post-sales support and driving customer success. You'll work with a portfolio of customers under the mentorship of senior Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience in relationship building, account management fundamentals, and commercial thinking. Your role will be instrumental in building strong foundations for long-term customer partnerships while developing the skills needed to manage more complex accounts. You will act as a key point of contact for your assigned accounts, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams, and contribute to our mission of helping customers maximize the value of the Deliverect platform.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our London or Paris office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.
