Through coaching, facilitation and capability building, you help the organization embed Operational Excellence principles into daily management and decision making. You lead and facilitate transformation initiatives that are part of the Manufacturing Services improvement roadmap. You support leaders and teams in developing the mindset, behaviors and capabilities required to achieve sustainable performance improvements. You will be part of the Manufacturing Services Operational Excellence organization and act as a trusted and challenging business partner for leadership teams.
