Main duties of the job The Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist will sit within the Recruitment and People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience. Were looking for a Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist to help us attract, engage and hire talent through data-driven insight and strong branding. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytics with creativity, shaping how Avery performs and how were perceived as an employer of choice.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll sit within our Recruitment and wider People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience.
You will:
Analyse recruitment data including application volumes, time-to-hire and source effectiveness
Produce reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions
Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen our employer brand across campaigns and content
Monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor
Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence
ABOUT YOU
Youll bring strong analytical skills, confidence working with recruitment data and systems, and have an interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing. Youre collaborative, commercially aware, and able to turn insight into action. Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
This is a hybrid role, based at our Group Support Office in Northampton

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
You'll bring strong analytical skills, confidence working with recruitment data and systems, and an interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing. Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
