Are you a confident leader with a passion for delivering excellent patient care and leading high-performing teams? Staverton Surgery is looking for a Reception Manager to take ownership of our front-of-house services and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Main duties of the job

Create and manage receptionist rotas Manage clinician rotas Ensure all staff are checking into Clarity Liaise with Practice Manager and team to support needs of Practice Manage reception team. Oversee daily reception operations, including appointment scheduling Recruit, train, and supervise new reception employees Interact with patients Support Line manager with addressing patient complaints/feedback in a compassionate and timely fashion Support HR and make sure colleagues and new colleague's personnel file is up to date. Training colleagues on Docman, ERS and other software essential for Practice. Complete staff appraisals Complete a 1-1 return to work interview for colleagues who have been away due to sickness Attend management, senior colleagues' meetings and bring ideas to the table. Support colleagues by allocating time on the Rota for personal development.
