Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish/Italian) (M/F/X) in Zaventem. Do you have excellent knowledge of Italian, French and English? Your responsibilities: Customer contact by phone and email; Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents); Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files; Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC; Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners. Profile: Excellent Italian, French and English required ; You must have a bachelor or masters degree; You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here; You can reach the company easily (Zaventem); Accurate and detail-oriented, affinity with administrative processes; Team player, able to work independently; flexibility is a must. You must meet all requirements to be considered for this position.
