Reality Capture Sales Rep, Mid-Atlantic Region
Job Description: When an entire city needs to be rendered into a 3D model in-flight, utilities buried deep under soil need to be uncovered, highly complex infrastructure projects need to be implemented and even when crime scene investigation needs to be documented – that’s Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon. We currently have an opportunity for a Reality Capture Sales Representative. This position is remote (no office) but must currently reside in one of the following states to be considered: OH, WV, VA, MD, DE or DC. Activities will be focused on developing, maintaining and managing surveying or reality capture sales opportunities for Leica Geosystems Reality Capture Group in the Mid-Atlantic territory.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
• Increase market share through the development of reality capture business with new and existing customers in the region • Assist existing customers by providing product and application training; job site demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshooting • Provide input on competitive products and activities • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to promote growth of Leica’s Reality Capture product portfolio and achieve sales targets • Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviations • Present and demonstrate Reality Capture products and associated benefits for customers and resellers • Negotiate sales contracts and associated product supply milestones

• Strong mechanical aptitude (must have 2+ years’ experience with scanning applications • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Frequent travel is required EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Our ideal candidate must possess superior analytical skills as well as an understanding of standard survey practices. • Previous experience selling high end equipment into the survey market or direct experience using reality capture technology is preferred. • Familiarity with the Leica Geosystems product lines is also a plus.
