*Part-Time Sales Associate *
*Downtown Location | Free Private Parking | 10?16 Hours/Week*
We are seeking a *professional, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate* to join our retail team.
Our store specializes in *clothing and equipment for law enforcement, first responders, security professionals, and other public safety personnel*, including duty clothing, tactical equipment, protective gear, bullet-resistant vests, and related products.
*Schedule*
* *Tuesday:* 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM * *Friday:* 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM * *Every second Saturday:* 10:00 AM ? 4:00 PM
*Total: 10?16 hours per week*
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service * Assist customers in selecting appropriate clothing, equipment, and protective products * Learn and maintain knowledge of our product range and specifications * Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately * Maintain an organized and professional sales floor * Receive, organize, and restock merchandise * Assist with inventory management and stock counts * Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and as required by email * Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and readily available * Perform general retail and administrative duties as required
*Qualifications*
* Professional *English communication* skills, both written and verbal * Previous *retail, sales, or customer service experience* is preferred * Professional communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable, punctual, and responsible * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable learning detailed product information * Experience or knowledge related to *law enforcement, first responder, security, or protective equipment* is an asset
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
