*Responsibilities*
* Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure high levels of performance. * Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate cashiering practices. * Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and manage inventory. * Recruit and onboard new team members in alignment with company standards. * Monitor sales performance and assist in budgeting efforts to meet financial goals. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. * Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Experience with cash handling and cashiering procedures. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to train and develop staff effectively while fostering a positive work culture. * Knowledge of budgeting practices is preferred but not required.
