As a Pharmacy Assistant at Uniprix, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and enhancing patient care. *Responsibilities*
* Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns. * Maintain organized pharmacy records and ensure compliance with regulations. * Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. * Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and health-related inquiries. * Collaborate with pharmacy team members to enhance workflow and service delivery. * Participate in training programs to stay updated on pharmaceutical practices and products.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols. * Excellent patient care skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing pharmacy operations. * Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an asset.
