*Duties*
* Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed * Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors * Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or hazards * Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping * Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities * Enforce facility policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable * Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and monitoring techniques * Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices for deterring theft and vandalism * Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism and composure * Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors * Basic understanding of emergency response procedures and safety protocols * Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as required by the shift schedule
