About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all daily workflow associated with vinyl graphics, digital printing, graphic finishing, plotting, lamination, and application preparation. • Review work orders, artwork files, proofs, specifications, and production requirements prior to release. • Coordinate workflow between Engineering, MOM, Manufacturing, Paint, Assembly, and Shipping. • Collect, evaluate, analyze, and assess production data for time standardization. • Maintain quality control standards throughout graphics production. • Manage graphics equipment, maintenance, housekeeping in workspaces and inventories. • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members. • Conduct performance evaluations. • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Associate degree or technical certification preferred. • Strong understanding of sign manufacturing and graphics production workflows.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience. • Minimum 5 years graphics production or sign manufacturing experience. • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Kinetic preferred.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the production environment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
SHIFTS
• 1st Shift per posted schedule with overtime required during peak times.
