JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Construction Coordinator
Replacement or New Role: New
Term: Full Time Permanent
Reports to: Regional Manager, Poultry Operations
Direct Reports: 0
Hiring Range: $65,000-$75,000
Bonus: Yes

Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist with applying and maintaining permits
• Support cost estimation and monitor expenses against budget.
• Prepare purchase orders and track invoices.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous Construction experience, mandatory
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting / modelling software
• Fluent in English
