Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Proficient in designing and executing test cases across various test phasesStrong understanding of transaction flows, compliance logic, and reporting standardsExperience with test automation tools and automation frameworks, performance and load testing tools, and defect reporting and management toolsSkilled in writing SQL queries to validate data across databases, ETL pipelines, and reporting layersExperience working with Microsoft Fabric workspace and notebooksExperience validating data in relational and non-relational databases, including Cosmos DBExperience validating data in data lakes and lakehouses, including Azure FabricExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines and sprint-based delivery cyclesStrong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholdersDesirable: experience integrating QA workflows with Git, ADO, and other tools when neededDesirable: experience working with data quality tools such as QC/TEDesirable: understanding of QA practices in cloud environmentsDesirable: understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR and SOXDesirable: formal QA certification Responsibilities: Design and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenariosReview designed test cases with BA/DEV in a timely manner and begin executionValidate financial calculations, transaction flows, compliance logic, and reporting across various platformsPerform end-to-end data validation across ETL pipelines, databases, and reporting layersValidate system performance through performance and load testing using appropriate toolsDevelop and maintain test automation scripts using approved toolsEnsure systems and data meet regulatory requirements enforced by GDPR, SOX, and other applicable standards through targeted test scenarios and documentationLog, track, triage, and report defects using agreed toolsWork collaboratively with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into test cases and scenariosCreate, maintain, and update documentation and our internal knowledge repository Technologies: AzureCI/CDCloudCosmos DBETLFabricGitNetworkSQLDevOpsGitHubGitLabSupportPythonpytest More:
