Salary: £104,000 - 130,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience in Product or Service Management for enterprise middlewareDeep expertise in IBM MQWorking knowledge of IBM ACE, ITX, and Instana/ITMProven track record in managing platform KPIs/SLOs, capacity planning, enterprise HA/DR, and large-scale upgrade and standardization programsStrong ability to collaborate across engineering, cyber security, and business unitsExperience managing vendor licensing and commercial relationshipsExperience managing multi-platform enterprise estates across Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments is desirableExperience in Financial Services or other highly audited industries is desirable Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the end-to-end product strategy, multi-quarter roadmap, and operational excellence for critical enterprise messaging and integration platformsBridge engineering, architecture, and business teams to drive platform standardization, lifecycle management, and high-availability outcomes across a global financial infrastructureDefine and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps covering security, automation, platform currency, and customer onboarding for IBM MQ, ACE, ITX, and Instana platformsLead platform lifecycle initiatives, including upgrades, deprecation strategies, and technical debt managementEnforce reference architectures and security controls, including mTLS and certificate managementOwn service health outcomes by monitoring SLIs, SLOs, and MTTRLead major incident reviews and ensure rigorous Disaster Recovery and High Availability testingEnsure platforms meet strict audit, risk, and regulatory standards through vulnerability remediation, access controls, and active risk finding management Technologies: IBMInstanaLinuxSecurityWindows More:
