Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: We require experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), VMware vSphere, VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, ARM Templates, Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, YAML, Git/GitHub, Azure Networking, and Azure infrastructure engineering.We require experience in VMware infrastructure administration and engineering, infrastructure design, build and integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).We require troubleshooting and problem resolution experience.We require experience supporting HLD and LLD activities.We require experience building, deploying, and supporting Azure and VMware solutions within enterprise environments.Nice-to-have skills include Azure monitoring and observability, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure security services, Microsoft Azure certifications, VMware NSX, and VMware Aria Operations (vRealize Operations).Experience working within large-scale enterprise or public sector environments is desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams is required.Passion for cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement is required.Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering best practices is required.Full UK SC Clearance is required.UK-based candidates only. Responsibilities: We design, build, configure, and support VMware and Azure infrastructure platforms.We implement infrastructure solutions from approved HLDs and contribute to LLD creation.We develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.We automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates and Bicep.We manage VMware virtualisation environments and Azure cloud services.We manage source control and deployment processes using Git/GitHub and YAML.We troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, virtualisation, and deployment issues.We ensure infrastructure environments are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.We collaborate with architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.We drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.We review technical issues and implement fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.We support infrastructure integration across cloud and on-premises environments.We contribute to successful project delivery through effective planning and cross-team collaboration.
