Requirements: We are looking for a Photocopier Engineer who wants to move off the tools into a primarily desk-based role.You should be commutable to Swansea / South Wales.You must hold a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities: We will have you supporting engineers in the field.We will rely on you to be the go-to technical person for escalations that cannot be resolved by field engineers.We will expect you to listen to call reports and provide technical support.We may require you to attend the field on occasion when escalation is needed.The role is primarily desk-based with hybrid flexibility.
