Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements: We require 7 years of Power Platform/D365 delivery experience.We require strong leadership and communication skills.We require experience with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, Power Pages, Power Automate and Dataverse.We require experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre and Customer Insights.We require front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Liquid Template.We require strong server-side development experience with C#/.NET.We require strong experience with Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and Custom APIs.We require integration experience with REST APIs and custom connectors.We require Azure integration knowledge, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.We require ALM and CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps.We require Agile practices experience.We require a comprehensive understanding of non-functional requirements.We require strong customer-facing skills.Relevant Microsoft certifications are required. Responsibilities: We lead solution design, build and delivery across varying Power Platform and D365 CE projects.We own technical quality, standards and deliverables.We design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services.We work directly with customers to refine requirements.We guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches.We mentor developers and lead distributed teams.We act as the technical authority across project delivery.We lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure and maintainable Microsoft business application solutions.We contribute hands-on to complex solution design, integration architecture and troubleshooting.We shape solutions and set the standard for engineering quality across the team.We stay current with Microsoft platform evolution, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements and AI-driven, agentic business solutions.We assess emerging capabilities and guide their pragmatic adoption in customer solutions.We translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions.We balance best practice with delivery pragmatism.We build confidence with customers through clear, credible technical guidance.
