Responsibilities: We provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.We drive platform stability, security, and compliance objectives.We execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and validation activities.We collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders.We support governance, reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.We implement automation and operational best practices where applicable.
