Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity domains.Proven experience managing Zero Trust, Network Security, or Cybersecurity transformation programs.Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (NIST Framework).Strong understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM).Strong understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM).Strong understanding of Network Segmentation and Micro-Segmentation.Strong understanding of Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP).Strong understanding of SASE/SSE solutions.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred certifications include PMP / PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-100, CCSP, or Certified Zero Trust Professional (CZTP). Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Zero Trust Network Security projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget.Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Security, Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, Identity, and Application teams.Drive implementation of Zero Trust principles including least privilege access, continuous verification, and micro-segmentation.Oversee deployment of ZTNA, MFA, IAM, PAM, endpoint security, and cloud security controls.Manage technology vendors, system integrators, and security partners.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committees.Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate change management, user adoption, and operational transition activities.
