Salary: £34,000 - 39,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience working within a Manufacturing or Production environment.Experience using an ERP system in a day-to-day operational role.Experience acting as a system go-to person or supporting colleagues with system queries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of data accuracy.The ability to explain technical or system processes clearly to non-technical colleagues.A proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving problems.Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly desirable, although experience with another ERP system will be considered. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries across Production and Manufacturing.Monitor and maintain the health of end-to-end processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.Identify and resolve system, data and process issues that could impact production.Monitor background processes, batch jobs, costing, inventory and production transactions.Investigate bottlenecks, process failures and performance issues, escalating more complex problems where required.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new ERP system.Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to system users.Promote accurate data entry, transactional discipline and best practice.Work closely with IT Business Analysts to investigate root causes and deliver system improvements.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help prepare the business for system updates and releases.Use system data and operational insight to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. We are recruiting three ERP Superusers as part of a major new systems transformation project in East Yorkshire. Our client has been developing a modernised ERP system since 2024 and is now approaching the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role offering a salary of £34,000 to £39,000 per annum. You will play a key role in the successful adoption, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the new system, supporting the Production and Manufacturing functions within a major manufacturing business at an exciting point in its development.
