Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a BA role.Business Analyst experience working with Workday HCM.Strong understanding of HR domain and processes.Project management skills and experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to think outside of the box.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with Workday environment.Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll certification. Responsibilities: Ensure successful delivery of custom applications for Workday customers.Run multiple small projects and work with a range of global clients.Ensure the team understands business needs and facilitate the analysis and design of cost-effective solutions.Guide, develop, and educate others within our Workday practice on Workday Extend.Articulate problems and proposed solutions in ways understood by both technical and business stakeholders.Work with others to build features and technical components of a product or service.Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to support successful delivery.Facilitate and participate in workshops and discussions to understand business problems and user needs.Analyse data to make recommendations and inform decisions.Establish strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and support business value delivery.Advocate Agile practices and promote the concept of a minimum viable product.Document user stories and acceptance criteria in a concise, development-ready manner.Prepare UX wireframes to help customers understand the proposed business solution.
