Requirements: We want someone with experience in the UK Defence and Public Sectors, particularly in ICT enterprise solutions.We are looking for proficiency in Enterprise and Technical Architecture development.We want experience in business or systems analysis, software development methodologies, and information security standards.We value familiarity with Programme and Project Management methods and public sector best practices.We need someone able to quickly adapt to new challenges and apply a structured approach to unfamiliar subject matter.We require the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, including resolving issues and identifying new opportunities.We value strong interpersonal and influencing skills.We need adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.You must be eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance. Responsibilities: We collaborate with clients to develop strategies for future ICT service delivery, aligning with Government strategies.We define end-to-end architectures, including Business, Applications, Data, and Infrastructure.We create comprehensive User and Service Requirements Documentation.We deliver key Concept and Assessment Phase products.We support large ICT procurements by developing procurement documentation, evaluation strategies, and assessing bids.We provide technical assurance to ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose. We offer a hybrid working model with an office base in Guildford, Surrey, plus access to our offices in London, Swindon, and Cheltenham. Typical working arrangements may involve 2-3 days per week at client sites or other locations, with the remainder at home or in our offices, and some projects may require up to 5 days per week on-site. The practicalities of some project work mean you may need to stay away from home during the working week. We provide a mentor for support and guidance, along with a Performance and Development Manager who conducts regular reviews, helps set career objectives, and identifies relevant training courses.
