Main duties of the job The role of a Care Assistant at Agincare UK involves making a real difference in people's lives with genuine empathy and compassion. The position is open to female candidates only due to providing personal care to women, maintaining their dignity and privacy as required under the Equality Act 2010. This role doesnt demand prior care experience, focusing instead on the candidate's attitude and caring nature. The responsibilities include supporting clients with daily routines, household tasks, personal care, meals, and medication. It also involves offering companionship and maintaining flexibility to work on alternating weekends. The salary is up to £13.90 an hour, with additional mileage payment. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required. Qualifications Essential
No previous care experience required. Must have a caring nature, a full UK driving licence, and access to a car. Must be able to work alternating weekends and have a minimum of 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK.
