Mission: Provide strategic financial leadership for the SCOTT Group, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, liquidity, compliance, and effective risk management while delivering financial insights, monitoring business performance, and enabling informed strategic decision-making across the Group. Main Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Business Partnering Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Management Committee, and Board of Directors Translate business strategy into financial objectives and actionable plans Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business cases Drive profitability, cost optimization, and value creation across the Group Evaluate acquisitions, mergers, investments, and strategic partnerships Financial Reporting, Compliance & Governance Lead the Group's financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Management, the Board, shareholders, and external stakeholders Ensure financial integrity through robust accounting, compliance, internal controls, and risk management Lead external audits, manage auditor relationships, and ensure effective governance and implementation of audit recommendations Budgeting, Forecasting & Controlling Lead the Group's annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Oversee controlling, performance monitoring, variance analysis, and financial transparency across the Group Foreign Exchange & Risk Management Manage foreign exchange exposure, hedging activities, and financial risk management across the Group Treasury & Banking Manage Group liquidity, cash flow, financing, and working capital Maintain banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and oversee treasury operations Inventory & Working Capital Management Oversee inventory valuation and working capital performance. Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Management to optimize inventory levels and cash conversion. Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead global tax strategy and compliance Manage relationships with tax authorities Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements Assess and mitigate international tax risks Finance Leadership & Transformation Lead and develop the Group Finance organization and its people Drive finance systems, automation, and continuous improvement Requirements: Seasoned Senior Finance Leader in international business environments Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, governance, risk management Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and finance ERP transformation initiatives in an international environment Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with the ability to drive business decisions Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Swiss CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an asset Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantageous Proven experience in multinational and multi-currency business environments Willingness to travel
