Job Description Job purpose We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Connectivity Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by selling both core infrastructure and advanced networking and connectivity solutions to C-level executives and IT leaders. You will own the full client sales lifecycle—from lead discovery and solution scoping to closing complex, multi-year service contracts. Responsibilities Account Acquisition & Expansion: Target and close mid-market and enterprise prospects through strategic prospecting, executive networking, and consultative selling. Account Ownership and Supported : Own targeted key Enterprise Connectivity accounts and support rest of EBG base Responsible for meeting and exceeding Orderbook, Revenue and Gross Margin targets Solution Architecture & Scoping: Partner with Solutions Engineers to design tailored connectivity solutions addressing client needs around bandwidth, latency, redundancy, and security. Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), providing accurate revenue forecasting. Contract & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, service level agreement (SLA) terms, and pricing strategies for high-value enterprise accounts. Market & Product Expertise: Maintain deep subject matter expertise in core enterprise connectivity solutions: Network & Transit: Layer 1-3 services including but not limited to Dedicated Internet, Dark Fiber, Ethernet/MPLS Cloud & Edge: Direct Cloud Connect (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute), SD-WAN, SASE Platform and Managed Services: Managed CPE solution eg Managed Router, Managed Firewall Qualifications Diploma in IT/Engineering/ICT related field with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience within telecommunications, network service providers, or cloud connectivity vendors. Advantageous to possess experience managing accounts in Healthcare, Education (Institutes of Higher Learning) and Hospitality Proven understanding of WAN architectures, SD-WAN, multi-cloud interconnectivity, and enterprise networking hardware for both domestic and international connectivity. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue and order book quotas with complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Demonstrated ability to pitch and build trust with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and VP-level decision-makers.
