JOB TITLE:

Coordinator, By Western Hands

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the By Western Hands and University of Wyoming College of Arts & Sciences collaborations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate calendars • Manage communications between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming organizers and leaders • Manage day-to-day logistics of the collaboration between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming • Advertise and market events and drive student and community attendance • Plan and execute regional classes and collaborations • Assist with internships

Pay: $30 per hour

Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent • One year of related experience • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with managing calendars • Event management experience • Strong oral and written communication skills

WORK LOCATION:

This position is eligible for remote work, however, the successful candidate must be able to travel to Cody, WY and Laramie, WY to support workshops/classes in person as needed.
