As an Engineering Support Specialist II - Electrical Drafting, here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide essential technical support and expertise to engineering teams, helping to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering processes and product performance.
In this role, you will impact project success by providing timely and effective technical support, improving engineering efficiency, and contributing to continuous process improvements that uphold Honeywell Aerospace’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain electrical drawings and schematics in AutoCAD for aerospace test equipment. • Work closely with engineers and designers to support the development and qualification of new aerospace products. • Ensure all drafting documentation complies with industry standards and internal quality requirements. • Assist in updating and revising existing electrical documentation as needed. • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input relating to drafting and documentation.
YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 3 years’ experience in electrical drafting, specifically using AutoCAD. • Understanding of electrical drafting principles and standards. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Ability to analyze technical data and develop actionable project plans to meet objectives WE VALUE
• Experience with mechanical design in a 3D modeling environment such as Solidworks or Siemens NX. • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and test equipment design. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Experience in process improvement and engineering project support. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards. • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
