Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) team. This internship offers hands-on experience with enterprise quoting and pricing technology, providing the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that directly impact business efficiency and revenue operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in the intersection of technology and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of product rules, pricing models, and quote workflows within Oracle CPQ Cloud • Support the development and testing of quote document templates and layouts • Help identify and implement process improvements to streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle • Participate in data quality initiatives, including product catalog cleanup and validation • Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and business processes • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues • Support reporting and analytics efforts related to quoting activity and system performance
Qualifications
Required:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment • Self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies
Preferred:
• Coursework or experience in business process analysis, sales operations, or systems administration
