POSITION SUMMARY

• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures the accurate handling of inventory and contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.

• Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment according to work orders.

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning or manual entry.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any discrepancies or issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

• Forklift experience desirable.

• Experience in HVAC or manufacturing environments.
