As an IDS Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative therapies to patients by supporting the safe and compliant management of investigational medications across IU Health. From protocol feasibility and study start-up to dispensing, monitoring visits, and ongoing study support, you'll partner closely with investigators, research teams, nurses, and sponsors to ensure clinical trials are operationalized successfully and conducted with the highest standards of quality and patient safety. Responsibilities include protocol review, budget development, EHR and order set build, investigational product management, regulatory compliance, study start-up activities, and serving as a clinical resource for research teams. You'll also help drive standardization and process improvement across a growing, multi-site research pharmacy program. Work schedule & Location: Day shift, Monday-Friday. No routine weekends or holidays. On-call rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks. Primary work location is the Simon Cancer Center with potential support across IU North, IU West, and IU Fishers locations. Requirements:

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy prior to 2006. • Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency may be required. • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. • Requires current Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist. • Board certification or other specialized training may be required. • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) may be required. • May require travel to IU Health facilities. • May require weekend rotations.
