Team Lead, Contract Administration Sweden Do you enjoy helping people succeed while improving how work gets done? As Team Lead for Contract Administration Sweden, you will lead a team of 19 experienced colleagues across Stockholm and Gothenburg. The role can be based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, with regular collaboration across both locations. Together, you will ensure agreements are validated, activated and maintained with high quality and efficiency, while driving continuous improvements that support our partners, customers and business. In this role, you will report to the Head of Operations in the Nordics and be a part of the Nordic Operations Management Team. Your role You will create clarity, momentum and connection across two locations while keeping quality, service levels and execution at the heart of the operation. You will coach and develop the team, remove obstacles and turn improvement ideas into tangible results. The role combines day-to-day leadership with the opportunity to shape a scalable Contract Administration function that supports the business as it evolves. What you will do
• Lead, coach and develop the Contract Administration team.
• Ensure agreements are reviewed, validated and activated accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team in handling a broad range of transactions, from high-volume flow business to more complex and structured deals.
• Build strong collaboration across Stockholm and Gothenburg in a partly remote leadership environment.
• Monitor performance, quality and service levels, remove operational obstacles, and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve quality and increase operational efficiency. Together with the team, you are expected to drive these improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Support, the Customer Service Desk, Asset Sales and other stakeholders to enable smooth execution and a strong partner and customer experience.
• Contribute as an active member of the Operations Management Team and support the development of the wider organization.
What you bring We are looking for a people-focused leader who can combine trust and empowerment with clear expectations, sound decisions and consistent follow-through.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Experience working in an operational environment with a focus on quality, accuracy and execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience driving process improvements and turning ideas into measurable results.
Experience leading or coordinating teams across multiple locations is an advantage. You are a confident and approachable leader who can inspire, challenge and develop others. You create clarity, set high standards and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering results. Through trust, strong communication and a coaching mindset, you enable people to perform at their best while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You thrive in environments where operational excellence and continuous improvement go hand in hand.
