The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries related to technical issues through voice support. Roles s Responsibilities: • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Hindi. • Understand customer technical issues and provide appropriate solutions. • Troubleshoot basic technical problems (Internet, Device, Software related issues). • Ensure customer satisfaction with proper communication. • Maintain call quality and documentation. Eligibility Criteria: • Hindi fluency is mandatory. Only candidates who are proficient in Hindi can apply. • Basic English understanding required. • Minimum qualification: 12 + Any Technical Degree • Freshers C experienced both can apply. • Basic computer knowledge required.
