As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and offering exceptional support to resolve any issues they may have.
• Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a warm and friendly approach. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information. • Resolve customer issues and conflicts, offering creative and effective solutions. • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and preferences. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate advice. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback. • Identify and address customer needs, offering personalized recommendations. • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
