• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a tech-focused company. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges. • A passion for people management and a commitment to employee well-being.
