About this role
The Part Room Attendant is responsible for organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the parts room inventory to support hotel operations. This position ensures parts and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and accessible to maintenance and engineering staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming parts and materials • Issue parts and supplies to maintenance personnel as requested • Keep parts room clean, safe, and well-organized at all times • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits • Verify shipments and report damaged or missing items • Follow safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free work area • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision • Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or maintenance support preferred • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and equipment a plus • Nevada driver’s license ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. • Frequent reaching, pulling, and pushing • Comfortable working in a parts room or warehouse environment GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
