The Sportsbook Floater is a versatile team member responsible for supporting sportsbook operations across multiple locations within a designated geographic area. This role provides coverage for various positions, shifts, and properties while ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate wager processing, operational compliance, and efficient sportsbook operations. The Sportsbook Floater works independently and collaboratively to maintain business continuity, support team performance, and uphold all company and gaming regulatory standards.

• Travel to various sportsbook locations to provide operational coverage and verify property funds. • Process race and sports wagers accurately through point-of-sale systems and self-service kiosks. • Assist guests by explaining betting options and delivering exceptional customer service. • Maintain sportsbook equipment and ensure operational readiness. • Support daily sportsbook operations, including staff scheduling, training, mentoring, and coaching. • Promote a positive, high-performing team environment focused on compliance and guest satisfaction. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations. • Collaborate effectively with management and team members to achieve business objectives. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office applications, and internet navigation. • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations within a 25-mile radius, often on short notice. • Flexible schedule with availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability. • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and operational procedures. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years of age or older. • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain required gaming credentials.
