Main duties of the job Be part of something meaningful at Agincare Childrens' Services, working in the first childrens home set to open in March 2026. Earn up to £15.50/hour and help support two children, with a second home for three children soon to follow. The position is ideal for caring, dependable, and passionate individuals. Be part of something meaningful. Earn up to £15.50 per hour (£14.50 unqualified) in our first childrens home, opening March 2026, fully registered with OFSTED as of 5th March, and help shape an expanding notforprofit service supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs.Our newly furnished home near Wimborne will support two children, with a second home for three children opening shortly after.We are looking for Bank Support Workers who are caring, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference.

Qualifications Essential
No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Candidates are expected to display a genuine interest in supporting children with complex needs and fulfill the role's emotional and practical demands. A commitment to completing NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and having a driving license are necessary, given the dual registered home across two sites in Wimborne. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, is essential.
