Client Coordinator (Remote) Pay: $15.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CTLocation: Remote Join a Growing Healthcare Operations Team Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and looking to build or grow your career in healthcare administration? We are seeking a Client Coordinator to support a rapidly growing healthcare review operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data and documentation, and can maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly expanding team and contribute to a critical process that helps determine healthcare coverage decisions. What You'll Do As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing case information, reviewing documentation, and ensuring records are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
• Process cases through client and regulatory portals • Review and verify eligibility and case information • Prepare, enter, and track data with a high degree of accuracy • Retrieve medical records from external sources and upload them into internal systems • Ensure medical records and supporting documentation are complete and accurate • Respond to client inquiries regarding case status, reports, and general questions • Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to assign cases • Maintain ongoing communication regarding report status and workflow updates • Document actions and update databases as required • Adhere to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and company compliance standards Qualifications Required
• 2+ years of patient access, healthcare administration, medical office, or related healthcare experience • Strong data entry and computer skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent written and professional email communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Ability to read and interpret medical records, correspondence, and documentation • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Reliable internet connection and private home workspace • High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Experience reviewing eligibility information • Salesforce experience • Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) experience • Contract review or document auditing experience • Healthcare claims or insurance-related experience What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who:
