CNC Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance, repair, and relocation of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills and experience maintaining manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, repair, and relocate CNC machines, manual manufacturing equipment, and machine tools. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues and implement effective repairs. • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities and assist in developing and maintaining PM schedules. • Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs. • Calibrate, align, and adjust machine tools and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Modify machinery and facility systems to support specialized production requirements. • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain technical documentation, including ERP data entry and parts procurement. • Perform minor facility maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs. • Respond appropriately to spills, safety incidents, and emergency maintenance situations. • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and company safety standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment. • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Experience performing equipment calibration and precision adjustments. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings. • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. • Proficiency with preventive maintenance programs.
