**Production Associate - Start ASAP**

The Production Associate operates manufacturing equipment, assembles and packages products, and ensures all quality standards are consistently met. This role is key to achieving daily production goals and maintaining an efficient workflow across the production line. The Production Associate handles tasks such as boxing, palletizing, sorting, bagging product, and lifting items up to 35 pounds while following all safety guidelines and collaborating closely with the production team.Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals. • Assemble, package, and prepare products according to established specifications and quality standards. • Box and palletize finished goods, ensuring items are securely packed and properly labeled. • Lift, move, and handle materials and products weighing up to 35 pounds throughout the shift. • Sort and bag product accurately to meet order requirements and maintain product integrity. • Perform basic visual inspection of products to identify defects or issues and report them promptly. • Follow written and verbal work instructions in English to complete tasks correctly and on time. • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working with equipment and materials. • Work collaboratively as part of a production team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety, efficiency, and product quality. • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet production targets within scheduled shift hours. Skills & Qualifications

• At least one year of production experience in a manufacturing or general production environment. • Ability to lift and safely handle up to 35 pounds on a regular basis. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and leadership. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks during the shift. • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. • Basic skills in production, general production work, packaging, assembly, and inspection. • Experience operating or working around forklifts in a production or warehouse setting. • Comfort working with materials such as hay or grass and ability to work without grass allergies. • Strong attention to detail when inspecting, sorting, and bagging products. • Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality. • Interest in growth opportunities such as work coach or management roles. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
