About this role

Job Title: Press Brake OperatorEssential Skills

• 3–5 years of prior experience running a brake press, CNC, laser, or other heavy machinery in a metal fabrication environment. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and job routing instructions. • Ability to select and use proper tooling for press brake operations. • Experience working with sheet metal in a production or fabrication setting. • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues on press brakes and related equipment. • Familiarity with essential fabrication tools, including angle grinders, squares, scales, and calipers. • Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including metric–imperial conversions. • Good problem-solving skills and consistent attention to quality and detail. • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and safely lift at least 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads. • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CNC equipment in a metal fabrication environment. • Experience with TIG welding in a production or fabrication setting. • Ability to set up press brake machines (not required but considered a plus). Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of YORK, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
