Job Title: Small Parts Assembler Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Small Parts Assembler with prior manufacturing experience to join our production team. This position involves assembling small components while seated at a workstation, utilizing hand and power tools, and following blueprints and work instructions to ensure quality and production standards are met. Responsibilities:
• Assemble small mechanical and/or electrical components according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly specifications. • Inspect assembled parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. • Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors. • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. • Experience using hand tools and power tools. • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. • Basic quality inspection experience preferred. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
