Job Title: PackerJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team on the production line where you will be responsible for packaging food products into totes and preparing them for shipment to various facilities. This role involves palletizing totes, disposing of cardboard, and maintaining a clean and sanitized production area. We are seeking candidates with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Responsibilities • Package food products into totes for shipment. • Palletize totes and dispose of cardboard materials. • Maintain a clean and sanitized production floor. • Track inventory and ensure accuracy. • Work with minimal computer use. Work EnvironmentOur production floor requires slip-resistant shoes due to the handling of food and beverages. A hi-vis shirt is necessary for safety as there are forklifts operating in the facility. The shifts are from 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with variable end times. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
