Concrete Form Setter and Finishers Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary depending on concrete pours)Location: meet at the shop in Greeley, COWe are seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finisher to join our team supporting commercial concrete projects throughout Northern Colorado. This role will focus on foundation and flatwork construction, including footings, walls, slab-on-grade, mono slabs, and other concrete structures.Responsibilities
• Set, align, and secure concrete forms for commercial foundation and flatwork projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications. • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal forms. • Verify form dimensions, elevations, and layout prior to concrete placement. • Assist with concrete pours, including placing, vibrating, and finishing concrete as needed. • Strip forms after concrete has cured and prepare materials for reuse. • Follow all job site safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. • Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of concrete form setting experience. • Experience with commercial foundations and flatwork preferred. • Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work. • Reliable transportation is required. • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • All jobs are located within approximately 35 miles of Greeley. • Employees will meet at the shop in Greeley each morning and ride with the crew to the job site. • Pay begins when employees arrive at the shop. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
