About this role

Job Title: Electro-mechanical TesterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-mechanical Tester responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, components, and finished products. The role requires using electronic test equipment such as voltmeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards. Responsibilities • Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical testing of assemblies and finished products. • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings. • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical failures. • Record and document test results and defects. • Verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve product issues. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Essential Skills • High School Diploma or GED required. • Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical testing, electronics testing, manufacturing, or related environment. • Proficiency operating Digital Voltmeters (DVM), Bench Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, and electronic test and measurement equipment. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Basic computer skills for data entry and test documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in repair and service of electronic components. • Knowledge of assembly processes and use of hand tools. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
