We are looking for a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld large-scale machinery and equipment used in demanding industrial applications
What You'll Do As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing industrial machinery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on heavy-duty machinery and custom equipment • Read and interpret assembly prints, weld blueprints, pick lists, and shop orders • Fabricate and fit components according to specifications and engineering drawings • Weld in vertical, horizontal, and flat positions • Operate overhead cranes and jib cranes to safely move materials and finished products • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met • Collaborate with production and assembly teams to support efficient manufacturing operations • Follow all safety procedures and company quality guidelines What We're Looking For Required Skills
• Proficiency in MIG welding • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly prints • Strong math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and measurements • Experience welding in multiple positions and orientations • Understanding of rigging and safe material handling practices • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Qualifications
• 3+ years of MIG welding experience, or equivalent vocational/trade school training • 3+ years of experience with custom welding projects • Experience fitting and assembling fabricated parts • Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes to minimize waste and improve efficiency • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment Why Join Our Team?
