Job Title: Operations Associate IJob DescriptionAs an Operations Associate I, you will play a critical role in assembling medical devices following FDA guidelines and specifications. This position requires standing throughout the day and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities • Build and assemble oxygen concentrators, including prototype inspection, modifications, upgrades, and construction in accordance with manufacturing documentation. • Verify the accuracy of finished assemblies and packaging to ensure quality output. • Perform mechanical assemblies using various hand tools such as wrenches, drivers, and sockets. • Assist in maintaining strict configuration controls. • Perform transactions in the ERP system, requiring basic computer skills. • Demonstrate strong communication skills, including the ability to explain work experience in detail during interviews. Essential Skills • Mechanical or Electronic assembly background. • Comfortable using hand tools. • Ability to read blueprints. • Understanding of quality standards and requirements. • Experience with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and assembly drawings. • Basic computer skills for ERP transactions. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience as a Repair Technician with mechanical troubleshooting and repair of small devices. • Familiarity with soldering, electronics, wiring, mechanical, and power tools. • Experience in production and medical device assembly. • Knowledge of schematic, SAP, Oracle systems. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
